Star of Bombay London Dry Gin has a loud, highly aromatic nose with coriander and angelica loud and clear just as in standard Bombay Sapphire.

Star Of Bombay Dry Gin 75 Cl

1 ounce simple syrup (click here for how to make)

½ ounce blackberry liqueur/crème de mûre

Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

Then drizzle the  blackberry liqueur over the top, letting it trickle down to create the 'bramble' effect.

Garnish with fresh blackberries and a slice of lemon.

Serve in a large glass to accommodate the ice.
